Shana Martinis

Attorney

Shana Martinis is an attorney in Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis office, where she represents businesses and insureds in a broad range of legal matters. Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, she handled matters involving premises and product liability, construction design and defect, auto and trucking accidents, and nursing home negligence at an insurance defense firm. She has experience advising small businesses on real estate and business disputes, helping with formation and startup, and drafting applicable contracts.

Before starting her legal career, Shana worked as a real estate broker, property manager, and consultant. She continues to hold her Missouri broker’s license and is a certified notary.
