Paul Magyar

Paul Magyar is an attorney in Foley Mansfield’s Minneapolis office. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, product liability litigation, and represents clients in transactional matters.

In his civil litigation and product liability practice, Paul represents individuals and businesses on a wide range of matters, from breach-of-contract claims to complex toxic tort actions. As part of the products liability team, Paul’s practice focuses on the area of asbestos defense. His clients include regional and national manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and contractors. Paul handles all aspects of the litigation process, including researching legal issues, drafting pleadings and motions, and conducting depositions. In addition to his litigation practice, Paul also represents clients in transactional matters, where he focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating and preparing contracts.

Prior to joining Foley Mansfield as an attorney, Paul clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals for the Honorable Carol Hooten. While in law school, he was a summer associate for Foley Mansfield’s Minneapolis office and served as a staff member and editor of the Minnesota Law Review.
