Daniel Donahue

Managing Partner

Dan Donahue, managing partner of Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis office, has been a practicing trial attorney for more than 35 years. His work is concentrated in the defense of complex cases in the areas of product liability and mass and toxic tort litigation, particularly asbestos, talc, silica, benzene and welding fume litigation. He has defended numerous cases involving alleged wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.

Dan has bench and jury trial experience in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois, including courts in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County and Jackson County in Missouri and Madison, Cook and St. Clair counties in Illinois.

In addition, Dan has been retained as national, regional and local counsel for various manufacturers and distributors throughout the United States, defending product liability claims, asbestos claims, talc claims and other toxic tort claims. In that capacity, he has managed and supervised thousands of claims brought against manufacturers of a variety of products.  Dan often partners with counsel from other law firms to provide a cohesive and collaborative defense team.
