Nick Bunnell is the Managing Partner of Foley Mansfield’s Kansas City office. Nick serves clients in toxic tort, construction defect and product liability litigation in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois.

As Director of Finance, Ellie Byers oversees the firm’s accounting and finance department. Her responsibilities include managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, trust account management, tax compliance and reporting, financial management reporting, and leading the annual external audit/review process.
