New Co-Managing Partners to Lead New York City Office

New York, NY, 4/8/2025 — Foley Mansfield’s prominent New York City-based law office announces the appointment of Carol M. Tempesta and Dennis E. Vega as Co-Managing Partners, effective April 7, 2025. This strategic leadership transition underscores the firm’s continued growth and its commitment to delivering outstanding legal services across complex litigation matters.  Tempesta and Vega bring decades of combined experience in high-stakes toxic tort and general liability litigation. Together, they will lead the office’s operations, client relations, and long-term strategy, while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Carol M. Tempesta, who joined the firm in 2021, has led complex toxic tort cases involving product liability, mass tort defense, and environmental exposure for more than two decades.  Additionally, she routinely represents clients in the matters of general liability, including personal injury and property damage claims in the federal and state courts of New York. Her results-driven advocacy and commitment to client service have positioned the firm as a trusted leader in the industry.

Dennis E. Vega, a respected litigator in the fields of general and product liability, has defended clients across a wide spectrum of civil claims throughout New York and various federal courts along the East and West Coast of the United States. He zealously defends equipment and product manufacturers, premises owners and municipalities, and maritime businesses. Recognized for his strategic approach and litigation success, he has been significant in expanding the firm’s national toxic tort footprint.
