Steve and Kyle recognized that quality legal counsel involves more than legal guidance—it includes advising businesses in all areas of business practice and management. That’s why we define our success by the impact we have on our clients.

Steve Foley passed away in 2014 as the firm celebrated its 25th year in business, but his legacy lives on.

Today, their vision is embodied in each of our 13 offices across the country.
