Foley & Mansfield’s Anti-Racism Statement

All of us at Foley & Mansfield are collectively mourning the killing of George Floyd and the many people of color whose lives have been tragically cut short before our eyes. We mourn the countless deaths of people of color that have occurred without a video, a witness, or a voice. They all remain in our thoughts and prayers.

We are living in a culture of racism and prejudice that is rooted in a centuries-long history of slavery, oppression, and mass incarceration of people of color. Foley & Mansfield condemns racism, white supremacy, and any form of prejudice and discrimination. F&M recognizes that we must take action in order to help address the current situation. In recent weeks, our actions have taken the form of education and reflection, engaging in difficult conversations, protesting, and contributing financially to organizations that support social change. There is a lot of work to be done, and we are prepared to engage in the fight.
