John Bornhofen (St. Louis) has 10 years of civil litigation experience. He represents a wide range of product manufacturers, premises owners and service contractors in defense of asbestos personal injury law suits.

Louis Klein (Los Angeles) has been practicing labor and employment law for more than 15 years. He defends public entity and private clients in a variety of cases including whistleblowing retaliation, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

Jennifer McKibben (Minneapolis) has been an associate with the firm for six years, focusing her practice in the area of toxic tort litigation.  Her legal background also includes working as a paralegal for eight years prior to becoming an attorney.

Jason Mohr (Minneapolis) focuses his practice in the area of toxic tort litigation, specifically asbestos defense. He has been practicing for 10 years, eight of those years with Foley & Mansfield.

Noelle Natoli-Duffy (Los Angeles) chairs the firm’s Elder Law and Transportation practice groups, with extensive experience from service to trial in both areas. As a seasoned litigator, she has sat 2nd chair in five transportation trials, and successfully defended a multi-million dollar elder abuse case in Washington.

Brian Smith (Seattle) focuses his litigation practice on toxic torts, commercial disputes, and employment law. He has nearly three decades of experience litigating a wide variety of personal injury, employment, commercial and securities matters through trial and arbitration.
