Gary Sharp to Present at DRI Talc Litigation Symposium

Foley & Mansfield announces that Gary D. Sharp will be a featured presenter at the DRI Talc Litigation symposium on Thursday, September 19 in Washington, DC.

Sharp, along with Bradford J. (Brad) DeJardin of Dentons US LLP, will address the topic “Does Risk Assessment Clearly Indicate that Neither Mesothelioma nor Ovarian Cancer Are a Plausible Health Risk for Cosmetic Talc?”

Nationally recognized for trial strategies and the defense of medical claims in the toxic tort arena, Gary has taught seminars for defense counsel, in house counsel and insurance professionals across the country.  He has been involved in landmark cases involving talc product manufacturers, including successfully defending Colgate-Palmolive Company in a number of recent cases.
