Managing Partner - St. Louis
Dan Donahue, managing partner of Foley Mansfield's St. Louis office, has been a practicing trial attorney for more than 35 years. His work is concentrated in the defense of complex cases in the areas of product liability, insurance, and toxic tort litigation, particularly asbestos, talc, silica, benzene and welding fume litigation. He has defended numerous cases involving alleged wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.
Dan has bench and jury trial experience in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois, including courts in the City of St. Louis and Jackson County in Missouri and Madison, Cook and St. Clair counties in Illinois.
